Our warehouse is located in Hagerstown, MD. All packages ship out of this location. Orders received before 10am Eastern Time will be shipped same day. Shipping times may fluctuate depending on destination and products ordered.

Our store currently offers free shipping on orders above $200. Free shipping only available to Continental U.S.
SHIPPING METHODS
All shipments are sent via FedEx Ground. Larger orders will be shipped via FedEx Freight or with XPO Logistics depending on your location.
Orders with both FedEx and XPO are trackable. Tracking information will be communicated when your package ships.
SHIPPING COSTS/RATES
Order shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Our objective is to provide low cost access to compostable, zero waste, and low waste goods. Affordable shipping is key to that objective.
LOCAL ORDERS
We recognize that many shoppers at our site may also be subscribers to our curbside composting service. All of our local Key City Compost customer receive a store-wide discount and free shipping, which should be reflected automatically for those customers during checkout. These orders will be hand delivered by a member of our team.
RETURN POLICY
Items may only be returned if unused, unopened, and in original manufacturer's packaging. There unfortunately will be no exceptions to this, for nearly all of our products are used in food service. We need to be cautious and responsible when it comes to the safety of our customers and our community.
Each situation will be managed with compassion and kindness by our team with hopes to quickly accommodate even the most time sensitive and difficult situations. We want you to return! We are a small team and as a result, we are easy to contact directly. We will work directly with you to resolve any issues.
