Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our store, and the products we carry. Our goal is to make it easy, convenient, and affordable to access sustainable packaging and supply for the food-service sector.

We have a few rules we'd like to make sure we both agree on as we move into this wholesale relationship together.

By ordering products from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Returns:
    Our wholesale return window is 7 business days. If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, please send a return request to our team and we will provide shipping labels for you to return these items. We do not charge restocking fees, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    Large volume orders that require LTL Freight are final. These orders will not be eligible for returns.

    Orders damaged in transit will need to be reported immediately after receipt, with pictures to document. We will not require customer to pay for return shipping of orders damaged in freight. Please contact your sales representative to process any damage related returns.

    Defective items may be returned free of charge if our team is notified and photos are sent to document within 7 days of receipt of items.

  2. Minimum Order Quantity:
    Our Minimum Order Quantity for wholesale accounts is 4 units or $400 per order. Whichever occurs first.

  3. Payment Terms:
    All Wholesale accounts are cash based by default, meaning that payment in full is required before the order will be dispatched to fulfillment. 
    We offer NET 30 terms and extend this offer to any of our wholesale customers. To apply for Net 30 terms, please complete a credit application using the link at the bottom of this page.
    If you have an open balance of past-due invoices, your account will be placed on hold. You can continue to place orders, but our team will not fulfill any new orders until your past-due invoices are paid in full.

  4. Shipping:
    Shipping is free on all standard ground* orders over $400.
    For orders less than 400, there will be a small order shipping fee of $5 per unit.
    Example: An order of 4 cases of cups, totaling $300 will have a small order shipping fee of $20. Calculated by multiplying the 4 units at $5 each for small order shipping.

    Our freight discounts with carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS are negotiated in a way that gives us advantage to multi-piece orders. For small orders, we pay a much greater price per unit so we must unfortunately pass along some of those costs.

    * standard ground includes anything that ships via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS. Items that are in full-pallet quantity and will be delivered shrink wrapped via lift-gate or loading dock will be quoted and discussed with your sales rep.

  5. Drop Shipping:
    By default, our wholesale customers are not setup to provide drop shipping. If this is something you desire, we can enable this feature for you so you can place orders on behalf of your customers and provide us their shipping address. If you desire this feature, please contact your sales representative to arrange drop shipping.

  6. Pricing:
    Your discounted pricing is specific to you. Your ordering habits may give you access to even greater discounts. We also look to be competitive with other suppliers, so please let us know if you have found better pricing elsewhere and we we do what we can to support you and take such information back to our manufacturers.
    Your pricing may change periodically based on our cost from the manufacturer. Fortunately, this has again become infrequent since the manufacturing and freight costs have stabilized post-Covid.
